Package Includes

• 2 prenatal visits to prepare together for labor and birth and get to know each other

• Ongoing phone, email and text support throughout pregnancy

• On-call support from 38–42 weeks

• Continuous labor support at your birth location, including but not limited to:

  • Comfort measures and pain management techniques

  • Position changes and movement guidance

  • Emotional and physical support

  • Relaxation and breathing techniques

  • Information and support for decision-making

  • Help communicating your preferences with your care team

• TENS unit available for comfort during labor

• Up to 2 hours of immediate support after baby arrives

• A postpartum visit in the first few weeks to check in, process your birth experience, troubleshoot concerns, connect you with helpful resources, and support you as you adjust to postpartum

• Continued phone, email, and text support for 8 weeks after birth
